Florence Griffith-Joyner

Florence Griffith-Joyner is known as Flo-Jo. She had many events such as the sprint events at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, former and latter events. She had a quadriceps injury. The quadriceps are a group of four muscles on the front of the upper thigh that work together with the hamstrings (on the back of the upper thigh) to extend and bend the leg and that’s what stopped her career. She won a golden medal in the former event and silver in the latter; also she designed the basketball uniforms for the Indian players in 1989. The cause of death was suffocation during a severe epileptic seizure. She died in her sleep at home.
My favorite sport woman is Serena Williams and she is the best women's tennis players of all time.
